Charles Ellsworth

Born and raised in Arizona, Charles released the EP Wildcat Chuck Charles earlier this month. The four track EP was enjoyable. Each song has some great lyrics and guitar arrangements. “A Packed Suitcase” is the first single off the EP a song I enjoyed very much. “I wrote the opening line to ‘A Packed Suitcase’ while traveling solo through the PNW [Pacific Northwest]. One of those overnight drives where you suck down cigarettes like they’re necessary to life, and in a sense they are,” Charles said.

Ellsworth is currently fundraising for his full length album, which he hopes to begin recording early next year.

His style is reminiscent of some of the artists from the late 60’s and early 70’s. The set was quite interesting!!
