Amy Rose-2013 IMEA Country Entertainer of the Year

amy rose

This week on Front Range Radio, I will air an interview with Amy Rose who at the 2013 International Music and Entertainment Association Awards (IMEA.), took home top honors in the country category, winning Country Entertainer of the Year.

Amy started singing and performing at the young age of 5.  She released her first album One Special Girl at the age of 13.  She followed that album up in 2001 with the release of The Last of the True Believers. After taking a hiatus from music she returned to release her latest CD The Beginning in 2013.

We talk about her career, her early start and where she is now during the interview, I will also feature a few tracks from the album including “Redneck Reunion (Party Like A Redneck)”.  Members of her family appear in the video and Amy jokes that her family is a combination of Duck Dynasty and Honey Boo Boo.

Please join me Sunday night at 9pm Eastern on Front Range Radio on to hear my interview with Amy and music from her new album.  You can also learn more about Amy by visiting her website
