I came across this group a few months ago but had not had the chance to listen to their CD “Cloud Clarity & The Color Red” boy that was a mistake. I wish I took the time sooner to listen to it. It was a good one
The group, out of Denver, consists of Donny D Rose guitar/vocals, Coupe Michael on electric mandolin, Alex Perrine on drums, and Michael Thompson on bass. The group, as they state on their Facebook page is “here to Defend individual Mentality from Attic Attacks. Electric Mandolin, Musing Lyrics, Dynamic Rhythm and Vocal Angst join forces to create impressive thought rock” That they do on the CD
The CD consists of six songs, and I did not hear a bad one on the CD. My favorite is “Judge, Jury, and Executive” . You can download the album from the groups bandcamp page at http://www.atticattack.bandcamp.com Hopefully I can feature one of their songs on Front Range Radio soon.
