I hope everyone took time today, May 14th, to celebrate National Dance Like a Chicken Day. Yes there is a National Dance Like a Chicken Day. Hallmark is slipping because I didn’t see any cards that I could buy and send to all of my friends. No mattress stores had National Dance Like A Chicken sales today nor did any furniture stores that I saw. What a shame. No commercials from car dealers with a guy dressed up as a chicken either.
I celebrated today by having home-made chicken quesidalla. I guess I really was not supposed to eat chickens today being as it is a national day for them. Sure I probably should have played the Chicken Dance song that seems to get played at every wedding, but I hate that song and I really hate the dance too. No I think I will fear for my life listening to Ghost Chickens in the Sky
While you still have time hurry out and hoist a beer or chicken leg in honor of Dance Like a Chicken Day.
