Spent the day in Denver for the Root 40 Music Fest. It was Musicians in Action to help fight hunger. Everyone was asked to bring a canned good for admittance with the food going to a local homeless shelter.
The fest featured local bands playing all day. I was able to see and interview several artists that will be appearing on Front Range Radio over the next several weeks. These artist basically gave up their time to perform for little or no compensation but only to raise awareness and help for a local homeless shelter.
