Saturday I will feature Ms Kali Rea on Front Range Radio She started playing instruments when she was four years old. She released her second CD last year entitled Fragments which you can purchase from CDbaby.
I will be playing two songs from the Fragments CD along with two other songs she recorded. She has a wonderful voice with a bluesy sound on some of her songs. I think you will enjoy her music, you can find out more about Kali by visiting her website http://www.kalirea.com. On her site she has a couple cover versions of songs from the Rolling Stones, Chris Isaak and Joe Cocker all well done if I do say so.
Please join me Saturday at 12 noon Mountain Daylight Time or on demand any time after that to learn more and hear the music of Kali Rea.
I followed to her website, listened to Chase me (her song) which I quite like it. Her voice is charming and the song itself is interesting.
Glad you liked her song. You can hear more on the radio show which you can listen to on demand Saturday afternoon.
I tried to find the page where I can listen on demand … could you point it out for me? Can I listen on demand whenever I’d like to? Thank you 🙂
All the shows can be found at http://www.blogtalkradio.com/frontrangeradio
One on the site just look for the show you want to hear. Yes you can listen on demand whenever you want as many times as you want.
Thank you. I’m listening now 🙂 Kali’s episode
Great, tell me what you think of it.
Listened to your show last nigth (my time). Her songs are beautiful. From non-native speaker standpoint, I think you speak clearly and easy to listen to. First, I thought you would interview the artist on the show so it took me time to realize that she wasn’t on the show. Anyway, you are informative (not sure about the word choice but just wanna state that you are in detailed) so it seems I come to know about her life and dream from your show. Thank you for the show 🙂
I was to meet her for an interview but the day we were to meet she ran into car trouble. My upcoming musicians you will hear parts of an interview I did with them. Thanks for listening to the show
Oh, I see 🙂
She sounds pretty awesome!
She really does have a good voice and the lyrics aren’t bad either.
Very nice, I liked her voice. Good job on another show!
Thank you for listening to it and thank you for the kind words. I appreciate both very much. I am open to any suggestions you may have.
I will try next week to listen with my “constructive criticism” ears and give you better feedback 🙂
That would be much appreciated.
