Peace

To achieve peace we have to deal with conflict creatively and address violence in all its forms
The average human being experiences over 50 conflicts on a daily basis
Many forms of violence are seen as normal because they are hard to detect e.g. sexism, prejudice, corruption
Learning to handle conflict creatively, compassionately and constructively helps us to “do” and “be” peace
Peace does not just happen, we have to actively practice certain skills to achieve it
We learn how to handle conflict from our families, friends, corporate environment and national values

I totally agree. I love how you include creativity in the face of conflict. I am starting a Cultivating Compassion Class tomorrow, so I also agree with the compassion needed.
