The journey began twenty years ago, and like all journeys it began with a single step. That single step took us down a path we have never traveled before. That single step took us through fields of sunshine and joy. That single step took us through dark tunnels where we wondered when we will see the light again. That single step took us up great hills and down to lowly valleys. That single step brought great people in our lives some we are still lucky enough to call friends, some we miss dearly still this day. That single step has taken us to many cities to live in, some we never imagined us living in, some we regret having to leave. Despite it being twenty years ago since we took that first step, the journey is not over. There are still many steps to take, many hills to climb and valleys to descend into, many wonderful fields of sunshine and dark tunnels to navigate. Please stay by my side, continue holding my hand and we will continue this journey together as we have the last twenty years.
