Jake’s Sunday Post theme this week is Autumn. These photos were all taken just outside of Georgetown CO. They represent some of the beautiful fall colors one can see in the mountains at this time of year. Take any mountain road and the Aspens are just beautiful. They let you know the cooler weather is here and old man winter is not far behind.

Gorgeous. We have “some” fall colors – but nothing as stunning as this. Thank you for sharing.

Since I post alot of autumn related photos myself I always enjoy other posts on autumn. Very nice photos. Thank you for sharing them.
Thank you got the kind words and for visiting my post. Fall is a very colorful time and I enjoy viewing as well as taking pictures of the fall colors.
Beautiful photos! Wyoming, the Tetons, are my special spot, and the aspens in your photographs tugged at it. I love in Seattle, and even though they told me it probably wouldn’t grow here, I planted an aspen in front of my house. It is way taller than the house, and every year it reminds me of autumn in the Rockies.
That is great getting an Aspen to grow there. I do love the fall when they change colors. Each year I have been here I make trip up into the mountains to see them. Thank you for stopping by my post
